NEW ACCOUNT PROMOTION
All new accounts receive FREE shipping on their first order (within Australia only).
Retailers must agree to our Wholesale Terms and Conditions. Sprout and Sparrow reserves the right to discontinue sales to retailers who fail to comply with these terms.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Sprout and Sparrow does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Faulty or damaged items may be returned to
Level 1, 95 Cochranes Road, Moorabbin, VIC 3189. Sprout and Sparrow must be notified within 5 days of receipt of faulty or damaged product, and all items must be returned unopened (where possible), unused and in original packaging.
PRICING, MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES & PAYMENT
All prices listed are $AUD and inclusive of GST.
$150 overall minimum order (exclusive of shipping costs) for new and existing customers. Please contact us if MOQs are an issue and we'd be happy to discuss this with you. Please also ask us about our starter packs.
Payment can be made via electronic transfer, PayPal or credit card. Please note credit card and PayPal payments may incur a 1.5% surcharge (Visa and Mastercard accepted). International orders must be paid via EFT. Afterpay payments are not accepted for wholesale customers.
Discount codes cannot be used on wholesale orders unless expressly permitted.
Orders can be placed online by registering for a wholesale account. Please contact us for any queries regarding orders.
Invoices are sent via email prior to shipment. For new customers, orders will not be shipped until all outstanding amounts have been paid. For exisiting customers, orders will be shipped immediately.
Please contact us to discuss display options including complimentary cardboard CDUs for lunch notes and display stands for greeting cards.
All wholesale orders are shipped from our studio in Melbourne, Australia. Orders will be sent by courier or Australia Post, depending on the retailer’s location. The retailer is responsible for paying all shipping costs, including any duties or customs fees incurred.
Shipping costs are charged at the time of order and will be included on the final invoice.
New accounts receive FREE SHIPPING for first order (within Australia).
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
If a product is out of stock, the retailer will be notified and if directed by the retailer, Sprout and Sparrow will proceed to ship all items in stock from the order. Once the item is back in stock, it will be shipped out immediately unless otherwise directed.
Online retailers selling Sprout and Sparrow products must credit Sprout and Sparrow in the product description.
Sprout and Sparrow products must not be sold via third party websites including, but not limited to, Ebay and Amazon.
The colour of prints, cards and other Sprout and Sparrow products may vary. Colour variance can occur as part of the printing process.
Envelope colour with cards may vary.
